How do I create an account on Livelaw Bazar?

You can create your account on Livelaw Bazar by clicking “Login/Signup” under “My Account”. You can also click on the sign-In Page, with the “Sign Up with OTP” and fill in the details click “Sign Up” You will be redirected to OTP page type in the OTP sent your mail ID and phone number click “Log In”

How do I login on Livelaw Bazar?

Go to my account tab click on login/signup enter your mobile number and enter the OTP sent to mobile number then click onto “Login”

Do I need to provide email to create an account on Livelaw Bazar?

Yes, Providing an email is mandatory to create an account on Livelaw Bazar.

How can I change my mobile number that I use to login on Livelaw Bazar?

You can log in to your account and change it from My Profile click Edit and then change your number.

What if I don't receive an OTP due to poor network connectivity?

If you are not receiving an OTP use the “login with email” option where you will be asked to enter your mail ID and password, once mail ID is entered click on the forgot password link, this will trigger a mail with a URL to reset the password, click on the URL you will be redirected to the Reset your password page where you can enter your new password and confirm the password, once done click on to “Reset Password”. One done sign in again via your mail ID and the new password

I do not have my old mobile number? How can I log into my account and change my mobile number?

You should login via “Login with email” option then go to “My profile” click edit and then change your mobile number

Are there any hidden charges when I shop on LiveLaw Bazar?

There are no hidden charges when you shop on Livelaw Bazar. The price you see on the product page is final and it's exactly what you pay.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment again after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the other payment options, available on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

How can I track my orders?

Log into your account, the status of your order history can be found under My Orders page. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address and it is also available on your individual Order page and you will get your latest order updates from time to time.

How can I change my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Livelaw Bazar account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to add a new address if you need to or you can add multiple shipping addresses on your account section by clicking on My profile option click on to addresses Tab there you have the option to add new addresses to your account.

What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?

Sellers usually ship orders within 1-2 business days so that the assigned logistic partner can deliver the item(s) on time. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support so that we can look into it.

How quickly can I get my order delivered?

Orders will be delivered by the date you see on the product page for your Delivery location Pincode.

How do I cancel the order I have placed?

Order can be cancelled within 30 Minutes after you have placed the order or untill the same is shipped by the seller. Whichever is earlier.

Note: This may not be applicable for certain logistics partners. You would see an option to cancel within the 'My Orders' section under the profile option then select the item or order you want to cancel. In case you are unable to cancel the order from the 'My Orders' section, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account, if the order amount was paid online.

Why am I not getting the return option?

This may be due to your product being already out of the return policy period of 2 days

How do I create a Return Request?

Generally we don’t entertain any returns until it's considered a genuine reason. We accept returns only if the item you received is wrong from the ordered item or else if there is a manufacturing defect or the product received is damaged.

Kindly make sure you are sharing the "Box Opening Video", if you received a wrong or damaged product from Livelaw Bazar and we will not entertain anyone without the "UNBOXING / OPENING VIDEO" and most importantly the problem regarding the order item(s) should be visible on that video.

I have created a Return request and its approved form Livelaw Bazar. When will the product be picked up?

Number of days to pickup a product may vary as per the Logistics team that will be assigned to pick up your product. The product will be picked anywhere between 4 – 7 days.

My pickup is completed, when will the refund get processed?

It usually takes 24 hrs of time for the pickup status to get updated in the system, post which a refund will be initiated by the seller and should reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days.
