LIVELAW BAZAR SHIPPING POLICY

At LiveLaw Bazar we aim to provide you with a seamless and efficient delivery experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Serviceable Locations

We deliver to a wide network of locations across India. Our goal is to reach as many customers as possible. However, certain remote or inaccessible locations may not be eligible for delivery.

(a) Domestic Shipping: We cover over 15,000 pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during the checkout process.

2. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges vary based on the location, order value, and shipping method selected.

Standard Domestic Shipping:

(a) Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 is applicable.

(b) Express Shipping: For express delivery (within 1–3 business days), a flat fee of ₹150 is charged.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery timeframes vary depending on the shipping method chosen, your location, and product availability.

Domestic Shipping:

(a) Standard Delivery: Orders to metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. For tier-2 and tier-3 cities, the delivery timeframe is 5–7 business days. For remote or rural areas, it may take up to 10 business days.

(b) Express Delivery: For express shipping, orders are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the product’s availability and the location.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons, promotional campaigns, or due to unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, strikes, etc.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 12:00 PM IST will be processed and dispatched the same day (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Order Modifications or Cancellations: You can modify or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting our customer support team. Once the order has been dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made.

5. Order Tracking

(a) Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email and SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order from your account on our website.

(b) Our delivery partners provide regular updates on the status of your package, from dispatch to delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

(a) Missed Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange for a re-delivery or refund.

7. Signature on Delivery

For certain high-value or fragile items, we may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a re-attempt notice.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

At LiveLaw Bazar, we strive to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please follow the steps below:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the package and contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the courier service to investigate the issue and resolve it by offering a replacement or a full refund.
  • 9. Shipping Restrictions

    We strive to deliver every product to your doorstep, but some products come with specific shipping restrictions.

    (a) Restricted Products: Hazardous materials, items with built-in lithium batteries (e.g., smartphones, tablets), perishables, and certain electronic goods may only be shipped within specific regions.

    (b) Regulated Items: Items such as liquor or tobacco products cannot be shipped to certain locations due to regional laws and restrictions.

    10. Delays Due to Force Majeure

    In rare cases, external factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or global pandemics, may cause unavoidable delays in your delivery. We will keep you informed via email or SMS in case of any such delays.

    11. Customer Responsibility

    (a) Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

    (b) Safe Delivery Location: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address provided, especially for high-value items.
