  1. Condition of Books: To be eligible for a return, books must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. They should be returned with the original packaging, including any accompanying materials such as bookmarks or free items, if applicable.
  2. Time Frame: You can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery for most books. For rare, collectible, or limited-edition books, please refer to specific product details.
  3. Damaged or Defective Books: If you receive a damaged or defective book, you are eligible for a return or replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the book for us to assist you.

2. Non-Returnable Books

Some categories of books are non-returnable due to their nature or format:

  1. E-books or Digital Content: E-books, audiobooks, and other digital content are non-returnable once purchased or downloaded.
  2. International Editions or Imports: Certain international editions or special imports may not be eligible for returns. Please review the product page for more details.
  3. Custom or Personalized Books: Books that have been customized or personalized (e.g., with a name engraving or special notes) cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

  1. Step 1: Initiate Return: Log in to your account, go to ‘My Orders’, and select the book you wish to return. Click on the ‘Return’ button and choose the reason for the return.
  2. Step 2: Packaging: Ensure the book is packed securely in its original packaging. If it was delivered in a box, please use the same box for the return.
  3. Step 3: Schedule Pickup or Self-Ship: We will arrange for a pickup at your location within 2-5 working days. If a pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the book back to our warehouse. The cost of self-shipping will be reimbursed in such cases (based on our policy).
  4. Step 4: Inspection: Once we receive the returned book, we will inspect it for quality and condition. This process usually takes 1-3 business days.
  5. Step 5: Refund or Replacement: After successful inspection, we will either process your refund or ship a replacement copy of the book, depending on your preference.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method used at checkout:

  1. Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.) within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or through an e-wallet transfer within 5-7 business days.

5. Return Shipping Charges

  1. Damaged/Defective Items: If the book is being returned due to damage or a defect, return shipping will be free.
  2. Change of Mind: If you’re returning a book due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to damage or defect, return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from your refund amount.

6. Replacement Policy

If the book you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a replacement within the return window. Replacements are subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed.

  1. Rare or Collectible Books: Returns of rare, out-of-print, or collectible books may have specific terms and may not be eligible for returns unless damaged during transit.

  1. Once an e-book, audiobook, or any other form of digital content is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
