However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase or if there are issues with your order, we have a simple and transparent return policy in place. 1. Eligibility for Return

(a) Condition of product : To be eligible for a return, the Books / products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. They should be returned with the original packaging, including any accompanying materials or free items, if applicable.

(b) Time Frame: You can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery .

(c) Damaged or Defective products : If you receive a damaged or defective products or any books as the case may be, you are eligible for a return or replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the books / Products for us to assist you.

2. Non-Returnable Books / Products

Some categories of books / product are non-returnable due to their nature or format:

(a) E-books or Digital Content: E-books, audiobooks, and other digital content are non-returnable once purchased or downloaded.

(b) International Editions or Imports: Certain international editions or special imports may not be eligible for returns. Please review the product page for more details.

(c) Custom or Personalized Books / Products: Books / Products that have been customized or personalized (e.g., with a name engraving or special notes) cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

(a) Step 1: Initiate Return: Log in to your account, go to ‘My Orders’, and select the book you wish to return. Click on the ‘Return’ button and choose the reason for the return.

(b) Step 2: Packaging: Ensure the books / Products is packed securely in its original packaging. If it was delivered in a box, please use the same box for the return.

(c) Step 3: Schedule Pickup or Self-Ship: We will arrange for a pickup at your location within 2-5 working days. If a pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the books / Products back to seller warehouse. The cost of self-shipping will be reimbursed in such cases (based on our policy).

(d) Step 4: Inspection: Once we receive the returned books / Products, we will inspect it for quality and condition. This process usually takes 1-3 business days.

(e) Step 5: Refund or Replacement: After successful inspection, we will either process your refund or ship a replacement copy of the books / products, depending on your preference.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method used at checkout:

(a) Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.) within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.

5. Return Shipping Charges

(a) Damaged/Defective Items: If the books / Products is being returned due to damage or a defect, return shipping will be free.

(b) Change of Mind: If you’re returning a books / products due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to damage or defect, return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from your refund amount.

6. Exceptions to the Return Policy

(a) Rare or Collectible Books: Returns of rare, out-of-print, or collectible books may have specific terms and may not be eligible for returns unless damaged during transit.

(b) Bulk Orders: If you have ordered books / products in bulk, the return policy may vary. Please contact our customer support for details.

7. Refund for E-Books or Digital Content

(a) Once an e-book, audiobook, or any other form of digital content is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
